Google Ocean Screeshot

Well almost every person who is browsing the internet in very short period of time getting familiar with Google Earth. Millions of people using it every day , «traveling» around the globe without leaving the home, raising  Everest and even flew in space in the Virtual World of Google.

Very soon Google is going to submit a new addition to the project Google Earth – a large number of underwater photographs and maps of the seabed. The new addition will also contain details of the environment, climate changes in the seas and oceans.

So the project Google Earth will be closer to its goal: a full digital image of the planet.

With this supplement scientists will be able to share data about the architecture of the seabed and the currents. Amateurs will take virtual dives in one of most famous diving spots of our planet: in  Red Sea,  Bahamas or the Great Barrier Reef.
